Situated in a quiet cul de sac of seven detached house, Rebels Way is the ideal location. It’s away from passing traffic in a residential area but a really easy level walk to the Market Place and five minutes to the supermarket if you take the footpath. The house has the comfort and convenience of gas central heating and the advantage of plenty of parking.
The accommodation comprises a spacious living/dining room, a well equipped fitted kitchen, a downstairs cloakroom, four good sized bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The dining table seats 6 or 8 if the central leaf is pulled out. French doors open onto the garden.
We have very comfortable sofas, a flat screen TV, DVD player and a selection of movies. There is a gas fire when you want to cosy up and a window overlooking the garden.
There is a well fitted and equipped kitchen and utility room with dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, microwave, fridge freezer, oven and hob. There is ample china, glassware and cookware.
From the hall there is a cloakroom with w.c. and washbasin.
On the first floor you will find the large family bathroom with bath and separate shower.
The master bedroom has an en-suite shower room.
Plenty of storage and drawer space. A hairdryer is provided.
Bedroom 2 is either a double bed or we can split the mattresses to provide two singles. There is a built in wardrobe.
Bedroom 3 has a single bed and wardrobe. We’ve placed a table and chair in this room as we often have guests who need to spend time on a laptop so this room makes a handy office.
Bedroom 4 has a single bed, storage space and a baby changing unit that doubles as a dressing table and chest of drawers.
The garden is sunny and completely enclosed so safe for children. There is a paved area with garden furniture for alfresco dining. A garden always needs a Buddha, you can never have too many blessings!
